I’m Dr. Hayley Grove, a house call veterinarian serving Sandy Springs, Brookhaven, Dunwoody, Buckhead, Chamblee, Roswell, and Alpharetta. I grew up here—in the River Chase neighborhood of Sandy Springs—and I’ve been an animal person since I was about six, with cat posters covering my walls and three miniature poodles who were older than my brother and me. I graduated from the University of Georgia College of Veterinary Medicine in 2007, completed a small animal rotating internship at the Hope Center for Advanced Veterinary Medicine in Vienna, Virginia, and owned Trusted Friend Animal Clinic from 2012 until I closed it in 2024.

After two decades in practice, what I want most is time with each pet and each family. I’m Fear Free certified and a cat friendly veterinarian, and my deepest interests are chronic disease management and wellness care: digestive issues, allergic skin and ear disease, dental disease, and endocrine conditions like diabetes, hyperthyroidism in cats, and chronic kidney disease. I’ve been trained in veterinary acupuncture through IVAS and have used acupuncture and therapeutic laser for over twelve years. I try to treat everyone like they’re my mom’s best friend: explain things plainly, anticipate complications before they happen, and never rush you out the door. At home I have two cats, a Cavalier King Charles spaniel, and two daughters.
